The project required a unified control framework across subsystems. Signal integration, coordination, and data flow were designed to ensure consistency between real-time operations and enterprise systems, with attention to scalability, clarity, and interaction.
Challenges included high signal density across heterogeneous subsystems, integration with legacy ERP, and ensuring stable, centralized plant-wide control during transition from manual processes.
The result is an integrated control and SCADA system enabling centralized supervision, structured data flow, and reliable plant operation, significantly improving process visibility and coordination.
