Objective

Implement a picking support system that increases speed and accuracy by guiding operators through real-time visual indicators integrated with enterprise systems.

System

A distributed pick-to-light architecture based on LED indicators connected through a dedicated data network and controlled by a PLC.The system is integrated with ERP and WMS platforms to receive, process and execute order instructions in real time.

Execution

Order data is transmitted from ERP/WMS systems to the pick-to-light controller, activating visual signals at specific locations to guide the operator step by step.As a complementary layer, a data analysis dashboard was developed to monitor picking times and perform ABC analysis, enabling continuous optimization of product placement.
