BAUP maintains an internal laboratory dedicated to prototyping, system validation and technical development. The lab brings together industrial robotics, control systems and advanced computing, enabling early-stage exploration and verification before deployment in real environments.

The setup includes multiple robotic platforms — such as KUKA KR20 and KUKA iisy systems — alongside 3D machine vision with AI capabilities, GPU-based computing workstations and a range of industrial hardware including PLCs, additive manufacturing and CNC equipment. This environment allows us to test control architectures, validate integration strategies and refine system behavior under controlled conditions.

The lab is not a showcase. It is a working environment where systems are developed, challenged and improved. It supports both project pre-development and continuous technical evolution, strengthening BAUP’s ability to deliver complex, reliable and well-integrated solutions.
