Robotic additive manufacturing system with integrated control and custom extrusion for ITFab. Built around a high-precision KUKA KR90 HA robot, the system combines industrial motion control with a custom extrusion process. It includes:

• KUKA KR90 HA configured for multi-axis additive manufacturing
• Beckhoff servo drive architecture integrated with KUKA control
• Custom extrusion system with dedicated real-time control
• Software coordinating motion, material deposition, and workflow

The project required full integration of heterogeneous technologies into a single control framework. Focus was on synchronization between robotic motion and extrusion behavior, selecting the software approach that provided the most efficient and stable workflow.

The result is a fully integrated robotic 3D printing system, combining precise motion control with custom extrusion and an optimized operational workflow.
